I had all intentions of starting to decorate for Christmas this week, but I'm not sure if I'll get anything done with that. I did start sifting through some Christmas...as I'm selling a few things on Facebook Marketplace and taking some to sell at consignment. I am, however, starting to dive into all things Christmas inspiration and thought you might be too. Something I started last year was to decorate the house in little bits. I set up a folding table in our basement as a spot to put all the "regular" decor I take down for Christmas. As I go around the house, decorating each section, I just take the decor from those spots down to the table. When Christmas comes down, I simply bring the regular decor back up...easy peasy!
It was all about Santa last year! Let's face it...it probably will be this year as well, although, he may set up shop in a different part of the house. I've been taking a peek around for a new location and I think I know the perfect spot!
If you've been here long, you already know that I'm mad about thrifting. I always have my eyes out for anything that will work as Christmas decor...even if it needs a little work. Hope this inspires you to do some thrifting of your own!
